Barbara Draper De Loach is a Property Manager-Realtor who began her real estate career working for Veterans Real Estate selling VA homes to investors. She also worked for Hotz Realty in St. Petersburg as a Propery Manager. Then she joined the team at Catherine Hanson Real Estate, Inc. As a Property Manager covering Lake, Orange, Seminole and Volusia counties, she works with investors buying, selling and managing their properties. She handles sales and listing contracts for buyers and sellers.
She’s a standing member of East Lake County Chamber of Commerce, member of Mid Florida Regional MLS, Realtors Association of Lake & Sumter Counties, Inc., member of National Association of Residential Property Managers, and National Association of Realtors.
Barbara was born in Muskegon, Michigan and raised on a farm in Ravenna, Michigan. She attended a small rural school by the name of McGhan and Ravenna High School. Her family moved to Palmetto, Florida where she attended Manatee High School.
Barbara’s work experience also includes:
- BPI, INC. a blueprinting and engraving business for five years and managing a trophy shop for the same corporation
- Texgas Corporation where she did purchasing for 32 branches in Florida and handled accounts payable
- Formed Bar-Lou Enterprises, Inc., which consisted of BPI engraving and rubber stamps; Duracleane Carpet Cleaning in Sarasota; and owned Acemar Home Repairs and Acemar Carpet Cleaning in Orlando
- Managed apartments for Johnstown Properties in Gainesville and Orlando
