Carolyn specializes in many facets of the Real Estate business, whether it’s navigating the way for first-timers, trying to score that perfectly distressed property, or providing help in the luxury market. She brings excellent customer service, attention to detail, commitment to work hard and to listen and to follow through — all while exuding credibility, commitment, and determination.
Raised in the Midwest amongst builders and construction workers, Carolyn has an effective combination of Minnesota nice and Midwestern tenacity.
Growing up with a builder as a dad, there were always bricks to stack, wood to haul, and nails to collect. Her love for Real Estate really began at the age of 9 when she started building and designing homes out of Cards, Lincoln Logs & Legos. The freedom to create, dream and visualize “what could be” was born.
At the age of 24, she bought her very own “fixer-upper” and hasn’t looked back since.
